Refusing a package, Returned Package, Wrong Address, Missing Information

If you refuse a package, entered the wrong delivery address or there was an issue at delivery, your package will be sent back to us. When this happens, Rise has to pay an additional shipping fees to recover your package. If we don't pay this recovery fee, your package will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier. You are responsible for such fees, and these fees are not refundable.

If a package is sent back to us by the postal service for any given reason, you are responsible for all additional shipping & handling fees charged by the carrier. We will contact you and confirm the fees and information before we send the package back to you.

If after 60 days we’ve notified you and we haven’t heard back, your products will be put back in stock and will be refunded via a store credit (minus all fees mentioned above). If the items are on Final Sale or are discontinued, we can’t issue a store credit.
