All Rise products come with a 30-day Limited Warranty against defective materials or faulty workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect or discontinued products. No replacements, compensation or coverage under this warranty will be provided for discontinued products.
If you submit a claim under this warranty, Rise will either repair or replace the product at its own discretion. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase details and relative information when making a claim under this warranty.
Extended one-year warranty
Rise Lever Belts have an extended one-year warranty on the Metal Lever Buckle, which means only this part is covered within the additional extended warranty window. If a claim is open after the 30-day limited warranty offered by Rise, the shipping fees to send a Metal Lever Buckle replacement will have to be covered by you.
