Clothing Fit & Size Guide

It's worth noting that we offer four different “Fit Types” for our products: Standard Fit, Athletic Fit, Loose Fit (oversized), and Compression.

Rise Fit Types

Standard Fit: Designed with more room at the chest and longer sleeves while staying fitted around the arms.
Athletic Fit: Will feel tighter around the core, arms, and chest as it's designed to provide a snug fit.
Loose Fit: Explicit in its name, this is intended to give a more relaxed look. Commonly known as oversized.
Compression: Engineered to contour tightly to the body, offering support and minimizing excess fabric that could hinder movement.

Size Guide

Our size guide on the website is based on body measurement ranges, not the actual measurements of the product itself.
Use these measurements to help you select the right size based on the model you are shopping.

You are always welcome to send us your measurements and photo to confirm sizes 👊🏼

If you are between two sizes

Order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

Will Rise’s Products Shrink?

Our fabrics are pre-shrunk during production to limit cotton shrinkage to less than 3% when exposed to heat. After wear, items may loosen slightly (similar to jeans). Avoid dryers to preserve fabric stretch, prints, and functionality. Opt for hang-drying to maintain overall quality.

Consistent Sizing Across Rise Products

Once you determine your ideal size within a product category (e.g., tops or bottoms), you can confidently wear the same size across all Rise products in that category.

Tops: If a Medium fits perfectly in one style (e.g., T-shirts), you’ll likely be a Medium in all tops (hoodies, tank tops, etc.) for the intended fit.
Bottoms: Sizing for bottoms (joggers, shorts, leggings) follows the same consistency within their category.

**Note:* Your size may differ between categories. For example, being a Medium in tops doesn’t automatically mean you’re a Medium in bottoms—always check the size guide for each product type.
You’re still free to size up or down for a looser/tighter style, but the above ensures the intended fit matches our website’s display.

Tolerance in Product Measurements

Our clothing has a +/- 1cm measurement tolerance per garment—a tighter margin than many brands, which often allow larger variances.
